For a World with No Idols

OUR STORY

Founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma by Danielle Render, No Idols began as a fashion collection shaped by craftsmanship, faith, and cultural awareness.

The brand was created to live inside culture, not outside of it. Rather than separating faith from everyday life, No Idols reflects the reality of navigating belief within modern culture.

Our message is expressed through timeless design rooted in vintage Americana and collegiate silhouettes, with an intentional approach to design and construction.

No Idols officially launched in December 2025 under DVN, a design and manufacturing studio focused on small-batch production and craftsmanship.

Based on Exodus 20:3
"You shall have no other gods before Me."

Why we exist

Everywhere we look, something is fighting for our attention or devotion. Identity. Success. Comfort. Image. Influence. Even good things can become gods if they hold our hearts.

No Idols began with this simple truth: it is incredibly easy for people to build their lives around what is only temporary, often not realizing what's taken place in their hearts as their source of fulfillment, happiness, contentment, joy, peace, etc.

The culture of the world pushes constant comparison, performance, and self-elevation. It tells us to chase whatever makes us feel valuable, even if it leaves us empty. That pressure creates idols, often not in plain sight of the beholder.

No Idols was created as a response to that. Not to condemn people, but to offer clarity in a world that makes confusion and tension feel normal. The brand exists to create pieces and experiences that point hearts back to God and away from anything that tries to take His place.

OUR FOUNDER & Creative director

Meet Danielle

Danielle Render is a fashion designer and founder of DVN, with a background in engineering from Purdue University. She specializes in garment manufacturing and intentional, story driven design.

Her creative journey exposed an unexpected idol that shaped her work for years: opinion. That journey led to the creation of No Idols, which ultimately gave her the freedom to create without bowing to the pressures of perception or approval.
