Below is the policy for orders placed with Klarna. This applies to Tangible Goods only.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order

Return Conditions & Packaging Requirements

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping & Costs

A return shipping label will be provided.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the item was defective or incorrect. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Klarna. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA only)

When you complete your purchase using Klarna, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by contacting hello@noidols.com. Please include your order number and a clear statement of your intent to withdraw from the purchase.


Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Defective items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To report a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

If a returned item does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.


Review of Claims

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests based on the condition of the item and the information provided.
