Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays. Processing time refers to when your order is prepared and handed off to the carrier. It does not include transit or delivery time.
We observe major U.S. holidays, including MLK Day and Juneteenth. Orders placed on or during holidays will be processed after operations resume.
From time to time, we may observe a holiday closure at the end of the year. Any extended closures or processing delays will be clearly communicated on our website. Orders placed during these periods will ship after we return.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
All domestic orders are shipped using standard ground service via UPS or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier and are provided as estimates only. After the 2–4 business day processing period, ground shipments are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

- Flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders
- Free shipping on orders over $200 USD
International
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Shipping costs vary by destination, weight, and carrier
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to reflect movement.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control are not the responsibility of No Idols.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
